Welcome to Laison Pilates (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, bookings, and participation in Pilates sessions. By accessing our website, booking a session, or participating in any class or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Laison Pilates provides private Pilates sessions, small-group classes, and related wellness services, offered in-person at our location in Rosewood, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and through traveling/mobile sessions. Services focus on building core strength, mobility, flexibility, posture, and mindful movement using classical Pilates principles, mat-based exercises, and equipment where applicable. All services are provided by certified instructor Stefana Avara or authorized representatives.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. By booking or participating, you confirm you are in good health and physically able to engage in Pilates exercises. It is your responsibility to consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any concerns. We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Bookings and Payments Bookings are made via our website, email (hello@laisonpilates.ca), phone/WhatsApp (+1 306 221 5866), or other agreed methods. Payment is required in full at the time of booking or as specified. We accept [list accepted methods, e.g., credit card, e-transfer, etc.]. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our cancellation policy. Prices are subject to change with notice.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the original booking method. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full session fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer a reschedule or refund/credit at our discretion.
5. Liability and Waiver Pilates involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. You participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laison Pilates, its instructor(s), and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or indirect/consequential losses. You release and hold us harmless from all claims related to your use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property All content on our website (text, images, logos, materials) is owned by Laison Pilates and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.
7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.

To process payments and issue receipts. To improve services and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for marketing without consent.

- With payment processors (secure third parties for transactions).
