About Laison Pilates:

LAISON PILATES was created from connection — between movement and breath, strength and softness, intention and control.

Rooted in the merging of two names, the studio reflects what Pilates truly is: a practice built on balance, precision, and presence. Every session is designed to reconnect you to your body, to move with purpose, and to build strength that supports real life.

At LAISON PILATES, movement is not rushed or performative. It is considered. Intelligent. Personal. We believe true strength comes from alignment — physically and mentally — and that consistency, not extremes, creates lasting change.

This is a space where form matters, progress is intentional, and every body is respected. Where clients are guided, not pushed. Challenged, not overwhelmed.

LAISON PILATES is more than a studio.
It is where connection becomes strength.

About your Instructor:
Celeste Marelich

Born in South Africa and raised in a family where dancing was practically a second language, Celeste was on stage by the age of three. From ballet buns to jazz hands (and a whole lot of acrobatics in between), she spent her competitive years flipping, stretching, and winning her way through championships—earning South African colours and her teaching diploma in Acrobatic dance along the way.

In 2007, she swapped leotards for laptops and launched her own marketing & events company, keeping dance as her side-kick hobby while adjudicating and teaching part-time. Somewhere between pirouettes and deadlines with what started as a mission to strengthen elite dancers, soon spiraled into a passion for helping women (and men!) through Pilates.

These days, Celeste channels all that energy into teaching Pilates, blending strength with sass, and discipline with a healthy dose of laughter.
